ICGI 2010 Social Events
Monday 13th
Welcome Cocktail
On Monday 13th there will be a welcome cocktail at the conference venue (Hotel Meliá) from 19:00 on.
Participants of the ICGI 2010 together with their accompanying persons are welcome.
During the cocktail time non registered participants can register at the conference desk.
Wednesday 15th
Tour to the Historical City Centre and Conference Dinner
Walking visit to the historical city centre and the most outstanding
monuments in the medieval city: Serranos and Quart Towers, Central Market ,
Lonja (old silk exchange), Round Square, Cathedral, Virgin Square and the
exterior of the Basilica and the Generalitat Palace.
Bus will be provided from the Hotel Conference Venue.
Departure time: 18:15 h
The conference dinner will be held at the Bamboo de Colón restaurant at 20:30. The restaurant is located in the Colón
Market, a former modernist style market in the Ensanche neighbourhood of Valencia.
The participants in the tour to the historical city centre will go directly to the gala dinner. The rest of participants
can go directly to the Colon market at 20:30.
After the gala dinner, a bus will take back all the participants to the conference venue.
Thursday 16th
Farewell Cocktail
On Thursday 16th there will be a farewell cocktail at the conference venue (Hotel Meliá) after the
conference closing.
Participants of the ICGI 2010 together with their accompanying persons are welcome.
